Poplar Creek Estates is located 15 miles southwest of Nashville in Bellevue, TN. Nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts will find it is ideally situated, with Percy and Edwin Warner Parks, and the terminus of the beautiful Natchez Trace Parkway just around the corner. The Bellevue YMCA, convenient shopping, and several wonderful dining options are less than a half-mile away. The playground of Harpeth Valley Elementary School is adjacent to the southeastern tip of PCE. Our own Autumnwood Park backs up to the school, and that is where we hold our neighborhood events. A large portion of the perimeter of our community is bordered by woods and fields.

Businesses Operating Rental Properties Prohibited
The Poplar Creek Estates HOA Board has established that businesses, including but not limited to, owning rental properties and short-term rental businesses including Airbnb type rentals are “a business on a lot” of Poplar Creek Estates and are therefore prohibited by the Poplar Creek Estates Covenants.

Sid Ivey
President
Sid was born and raised in Nashville, TN and moved to PCE in 2020 with his wife Savannah. He works in finance and spends his time playing hockey and golf, and sometimes not very good!
Christine Ragan
Treasurer
Christine has lived in PCE for 20+ years, and is very involved in the Bellevue community. She also serves as the treasurer for the Bellevue Exchange Club.
Joel Bunkowske
Covenants and Restrictions Chair
Dr. Bunkowske is a full Professor of Law, Business, Ethics and Leadership, and an award-winning attorney with over 30 years of experience in the music, television and film industries. He is a long time PCE resident and aims to preserve the value PCE holds.
Win Shires
Grounds chair
Win lives in PCE with his wife and works for the State of Tennessee in budgeting and finance. Loves working out at The Bellevue YMCA!
Tony Van Gundy
Architectural Review Committee Chair
Tony and his wife have lived in PCE for since 2021 and he works in financial consulting. He enjoys spending time with his wife and dog and golfing.

Dianne is a local Nashvillian and has lived in PCE for 20+ years. Her career path is in healthcare and advocacy. She enjoys neighborhood walks and meeting new residents. Dianne values the inclusive culture of our community and recognizes the importance of everyone having a voice.
